Stan is an operation, governance and risk management professional with 26 years of experience. He started his career with the Big 4 accounting and professional services firms and went on to hold several leadership roles in companies within the real estate and entertainment industries.

Prior to DHB, Stan held various leadership roles in large organizations such Meraas Holding and DXBE Entertainments. At Meraas, Stan was instrumental in creating a sound system of internal controls and governance to create a solid foundation for the company to grow and diversify. He subsequently took on the role of Chief Operating Officer at DXB Entertainments, the owner of Dubai Parks and Resorts, the region’s largest integrated theme park destination, with four theme parks, two hotels, and one retail and dining facility, all spread over 30.6 million sq ft of land. He played a crucial role in the delivery of this AED 10.5 billon project.

Stan is based in our Dubai office and oversees all operations with a specific focus on governance, finance, HR, legal, sales and marketing.
