Mohamed Ismael

Director - Business Support, KSA

With over 26 years of experience in finance, accounting and assurance across multiple industries and sectors, Mohamed’s focus has always been on enhancing of the control environment and inculcating best practices across the organization. He has worked with various multinational companies in KSA and Egypt. Apart from finance and accounting, Mohamed is also adept in investment strategy articulation and taxation.

Mohamed is the Head of Business Support in our Riyadh office and leads the functions of Finance, Human Resources and Administration. He is the main liaison with our partners in the banking and financial institutions. Mohamed in American Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Certified Management Accountant (CMA), And Saudi Certified Public Accountant (SOCPA).

Akram Shetta

Director- Project Management

Akram is an accomplished engineering professional with over 18 years of experience in the construction and real estate development sector. Throughout his career, he has led large-scale projects with a strong focus on quality, timely delivery, and cost efficiency.

As Director of Project Management, Akram oversees all ongoing projects across the Group, providing strategic leadership and ensuring seamless coordination between design, procurement, and construction teams. He plays a pivotal role in planning, execution, and stakeholder management, driving projects from inception to successful handover.

Previously heading the MEP and infrastructure division, Akram brings deep technical expertise in mechanical, electrical, and plumbing works, along with proven capabilities in project controls, reporting, and schedule management. Today, he spearheads the Group’s flagship developments, while championing best practices and continuous improvement across all projects.

Mohamed Braikah

Director- Business Development

Mohamed is a seasoned sales professional with over 24 years of experience in Business Development, Sales Operations, B2B and B2C relationship management, Key Account Management, Planning and Customer Relations. He has served in senior-level roles in organizations in KSA.

Having designed and implemented various sales policies and strategies, Mohamed understands how to identity opportunity and process growth, maximize team productivity and optimize cost to achieve desired levels profitability and client satisfaction.

Mohamed leads our sales and business development team and his main measure for success is the satisfaction of our customers.

Mohamed is a PMP®-certified Civil Engineer with over 17 years of experience in construction and project handovers. He successfully led the handover of the Diyar Al Hassa Project and is currently managing its Defects Liability Period (DLP).

In addition to his handover expertise, Mohamed has extensive experience in construction management, enabling him to oversee projects with a comprehensive understanding from execution through to final delivery.

Known for his strong attention to detail, Mohamed ensures that both construction and handover processes are carried out with precision, efficiency, and full compliance with project standards, making him a key contributor to DHB’s delivery success.

Heba Abdelaziz

Manager- HR & Administration

Heba has over 24 years of experience, that includes more than 18 years as an HR professional covering the areas of human resource management, administration, payroll management, sourcing & recruitment, employee welfare, invoicing & payment. She is conversant with Saudi, Egypt and Bahrain Labor Laws, Immigration, Visa & Law Regulations, and all type of insurance.

Heba is the Human Resources Manager based in our Riyadh office and leads the functions of Human Resources and Administration.

Mohammed Yahaya 

Manager - Finance

Mohammed is a highly skilled finance and accounting professional with over 17 years of experience across multiple industries in Sudan and KSA. He currently serves as the Finance Manager at DHB KSA, where he brings his wealth of knowledge and expertise to the team.

As the Finance Manager, Mohammed's responsibilities include providing reliable financial reports and statements that assist in decision-making processes, ensuring compliance with Zakat and taxation regulations, and fulfilling other corporate requirements. His exceptional analytical skills and attention to detail enable him to provide valuable insights that drive the success of the company.

Mohammed's commitment to excellence in his field is reflected in his Certified Management Accountant designation and his membership with the Institute of Management Accountants. 

Mostafa Mohamed

Procurement Manager

Mostafa is a young and dynamic Procurement Manager with 14 years of experience, who has taken responsibility for a wide range of procurement and contract management tasks across our projects. He has been instrumental in ensuring the timely sourcing, negotiation, and supply of materials and services for key phases of our projects. He reviews and evaluates all procurement documentation and vendor submissions to ensure compliance with relevant regulations.

Due to his adaptability and perseverance, Mostafa takes on a front-line role and maintains direct communication with all stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and suppliers, ensuring smooth coordination and successful project delivery.

His proven track record includes delivering projects within planned schedules, budgets, and quality standards, while effectively monitoring, controlling, and reporting progress to stakeholders.

Yahia Awad

Yahia is a PMP®-certified Project Manager with 14 years of experience in the construction industry across Saudi Arabia and Egypt, overseeing residential, commercial, and infrastructure mega projects from initiation to completion.

At DHB, he leads the Mayar Project, working closely with contractors to ensure that quality standards are met and projects are delivered to clients with minimal comments. He is adept at planning, coordinating, and delivering projects on time, within scope, and within budget, with strong expertise in stakeholder management, risk assessment, and team leadership.

Yahia is known for his exceptional attention to detail, high energy, and proactive approach, always driving his projects forward with enthusiasm and precision.

Waleed Elzoghby

Construction Manager

Waleed is a Construction Manager at DHB with over 24 years of experience in construction projects across Saudi Arabia, the UAE, and Egypt, working with leading contractors and consultants in both private and public sectors.

He is known for his dedication, ownership, and hands-on approach, which have been key to delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

At DHB, Walid plays a vital role in managing the Mayar Project in Riyadh, where he oversees schedules, ensures quality compliance, and monitors subcontractors’ performance, building on his successful track record that includes the Diyar Al Hassa Project.

May Abdelwahab

Senior Finance Officer

May is a highly driven and dedicated team player with over 14 years of experience, providing constant support to the entire DHB team. She holds an MBA from San Fransisco State University. Her expertise lies in day-to-day team and office management, collaborating with on-site support teams, corporate office security teams, off-site management companies, and property managers. Additionally, May assists managers with annual budget preparation, and forecasting while making recommendations for changes and improvements as needed.
 
With an eye for detail, May monitors workflow progress and ensures that the team has all needed support to deliver on our promises to our clients.

Zahed Turkistani

Zahed is a motivated accounting professional with four years of experience across diverse industries, specializing in financial reporting, reconciliations, and tax compliance. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Islamic economics and finance, is a SOCPA member, and has completed additional training in IFRS and advanced Excel. Skilled in ERP systems and Microsoft Office, Zahid combines strong technical expertise with adaptability and problem-solving, making him a valuable member of our Finance Department.

Waleed Helal

Senior Accountant

Waleed is a multitalented and result focused accountant with over 23 years of experience, a significant part of which was within the construction industry. Waleed has worked in Egypt and KSA and his experience covers most aspects of finance and accounting.  He has been instrumental in streamlining accounting systems, developing financial reports and serving as a able support to the finance leaders he has worked with. He also possesses knowledge of the tax regime within KSA.

Mohamed Adel Abbas Saba

Senior Electrical Engineer

Mohamed is an electrical engineer with more than 16 years of experience working with various electrical systems and installation of complete systems for lighting, power, CCTV, fire alarm, main distribution board and panel board, preparation of electrical shop drawing, preparation of as built drawings and loads and cables calculation.

At DHB, Mohammed works as an MEP project manager, overseeing and preparing reports related to infrastructure works and other technical installations. He is the conduit between construction and infrastructure teams.

Mahmoud Naga

Senior Civil Engineer

Mahmoud is a Senior Civil Engineer with 6 years of experience in the construction industry across Egypt, the UAE, and Saudi Arabia. He has the ability to manage different phases of a project, from excavation through to final handover, ensuring delivery within schedule and budget. He also brings valuable experience in contract closure and project close-out activities.

At DHB, Mahmoud has contributed to multiple projects, taking on roles in construction, handover, and project closure. He is currently part of the Mayar Project team, where his exceptional follow-up skills, eagerness to learn, and commitment to quality make him a key contributor to the success of the project.

Ahmed Atrees

Document Controller

Ahmed is a Document Controller at DHB, contributing to the successful delivery of the Diyar Al Hassa Project as part of the document controlling team. Despite being at an early stage in his career, he has quickly demonstrated strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to adapt to complex project requirements.

He is responsible for managing project documentation in Mayar project now, ensuring accuracy, proper filing, and timely distribution to all stakeholders. His fast-learning capability and dedication allow him to handle tasks efficiently while maintaining high standards of quality and compliance.

Known for his proactive attitude and eagerness to grow, Ahmed has shown great potential to develop into a senior role within project management support functions, making him a valuable asset to the team.

Abdulaziz Al Shammari

Project Engineer

Abdulaziz is a passionate Civil Engineer who has gained experience working in both contracting and consultancy roles, giving him a well-rounded understanding of the construction field.

At DHB, he works as a Project Engineer, monitoring and managing on-site civil and finishing works to ensure contractors meet specifications and quality standards. He documents progress through quality reports and work progress reports, ensuring proper tracking of project performance.

Known for his eagerness to learn and grow, Abdulaziz is committed to continuously developing his skills and advancing in his career. His dedication and proactive approach make him a promising young professional and a valuable member of the DHB team.

Faris Ali Jammali

Project Engineer

Faris is a Civil Engineer with over 4 years of experience in project supervision and implementation, covering construction works, infrastructure, roads, finishing, contractor management, and quality control through to project handover.

At DHB, Faris supervises construction activities to ensure strict adherence to specifications, standards, and safety protocols. He conducts site visits to assess project feasibility, determine construction methodologies, and prepare both visual and numerical reports. He also follows up with contractors on snagging and de-snagging works prior to final handover and prepares detailed progress reports to support project tracking.

Faris is recognized for his eagerness to learn and his commitment to carrying out instructions with precision and attention to detail, making him a reliable and valuable member of the DHB team

Hisham Ali Elgouhary

Senior Mechanical Engineer

Hisham is a professional Mechanical Engineer with over 11 years of experience in project implementation and management, with expertise spanning design revisions, material approvals, procurement, contractor management, quality control, and overseeing all activities through to project handover.

Based in Saudi Arabia throughout his career, Hisham has successfully contributed to a diverse range of projects, including factories, commercial buildings, residential complexes, showrooms, compounds, private villas, and hotels.

At DHB, Hisham serves as a Senior Mechanical Engineer, where he leads coordination between the Mechanical Department and other disciplines across all group projects. He closely monitors project progress, proactively resolves issues, and ensures contractors’ activities align with project requirements. In addition, he reviews purchases and design submissions to prevent future complications, safeguarding both quality and efficiency across all projects.

Mohammed Riswan

Quantity Surveyor

Riswan is a Quantity Surveyor with over 10 years of experience, who has taken responsibility for a wide range of commercial management tasks across our projects. He is proficient in Quantity Surveying, tendering, budget control, and post-tender commercial management, ensuring effective financial oversight and successful delivery throughout all project stages.

With strong adaptability and commitment, Riswan maintains direct communication with consultants, contractors, and suppliers, ensuring effective commercial coordination, accurate cost control, and contractual compliance to achieve successful project outcomes within budget and agreed terms.

Fahad Alzahrani

Project Coordinator

Fahad has diverse experience in sales, data entry, and administrative support, with a strong background in banking and customer service. Earlier in his career, he worked as a salesclerk, where he handled credit card and financing products, strengthening his expertise in client relations and sales support.

His data entry experience enhanced his accuracy and attention to detail, as well as his communication and administrative skills. At DHB, He applies this well-rounded background to his role as Project Coordinator, ensuring smooth coordination, effective communication, and efficient project support across teams and stakeholders.

He also oversees internal communications and contributes to managing the company’s social media presence, ensuring alignment with corporate values and strategic objectives.

Saeed is an experienced Quality Control Inspector in MEP works, responsible for ensuring that all mechanical, electrical, and plumbing tasks are executed in line with required standards and project specifications.

With his career based entirely in Saudi Arabia, Saeed has contributed to a range of projects, including residential buildings, compounds, and hotels.

At DHB, Saeed plays a vital role in the inspection and supervision of all MEP works carried out by contractors. His responsibilities include process monitoring, material inspections, and overseeing testing & commissioning activities, ensuring that project quality and compliance are consistently maintained.

Muntathir is an Occupational Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) Officer with over 7 years of experience in promoting safe and sustainable work practices in the construction sector.

At DHB, he is responsible for implementing and monitoring HSE policies, ensuring compliance with safety standards, and fostering a culture of health and safety across all project sites. Through his dedication and proactive approach, Muntathir has achieved an outstanding safety record of accident-free working hours, setting a benchmark for excellence in workplace safety.
