years of experience in construction across Saudi Arabia
and Egypt, delivering residential, commercial, and
infrastructure projects. At DHB, he leads the Mayar
Project, ensuring quality, timely, and budget-compliant
delivery with strong stakeholder, risk, and team
management skills.

over 17 years of experience in construction and
project handovers. He led the Diyar Al Hassa Project
handover and currently manages its DLP. With strong
construction expertise, he ensures precise, compliant,
and efficient delivery from execution through final
project completion.

Waleed is a Construction Manager at DHB with over 24
years of experience across Saudi Arabia, the UAE, and
Egypt. He has delivered projects with leading contractors
and consultants in public and private sectors. He currently
manages the Mayar Project in Riyadh, ensuring schedule,
quality, and subcontractor performance control.

Heba is an HR Manager with +24 years of experience,
including +18 years in HR covering administration, payroll,
recruitment, employee welfare, invoicing/payments. She
is well-versed in Saudi, Egypt and Bahrain labor laws,
immigration, visas and insurance, and leads HR and
administration in Riyadh office.

specializing in HR process optimization, employee
relations, and operational efficiency. With a strong
tech background, including experience at Amazon,
he manages HR operations, internal communications,
engagement initiatives, and social media at DHB.

May is a highly driven professional with over 14 years
of experience supporting DHB operations. She holds
an MBA from San Francisco State University and
specializes in office and team management, budget
support, forecasting, and coordination with security
and property management teams. She ensures smooth
workflow and operational efficiency.
