Imran is a strategy focused professional with over 16 years of experience in project finance and investment management. His analytic skills and entrepreneurial mindset have enabled him to play a pivotal part in strategic investment decisions. Imran is also very astute in system implementations and assurance services.

Imran worked for over 11 years with a semi-Government real estate developer in Dubai, Deyaar Developments PJSC. His focus was on joint ventures and investments and he led the interface with Deyaar’s key partners including National Bonds, Amlak and Dubai Properties. While accounting and auditing responsibilities come naturally to Imran, he has developed significant expertise in developing project feasibilities and company valuations, managing debt financing, managing the budgeting and planning functions, preparation and presentation of business plans and financial modelling. He has also adept in market research and has been involved in pricing of assets over USD 3 billion.

At DHB, Imran plays an important role is the financial assessment of our different ventures, preparation of feasibility studies and business plans and articulating finance strategies and policies for the group. Imran also has overall responsibility for financial control of the Group and ensuring that adequate and effective IT systems are implemented to support the Business.

Imran is a US CPA holder and has completed his Master in Business Administration with a specialization in Finance.
