Akram is a Mechanical Engineer with over 17 years of experience in MEP works. He is very diligent in the preparation and review of shop drawing and BOQs and closely monitors the progress on site. He is also experienced in project reporting and preparation of look ahead plans which helps in effective management of timelines and project schedules.
Akram is currently spearheading our flagship project in KSA, Diar Al Hasa and continues to hold a leadership position in our overall construction management activities. He is also responsible for the MEP division across the Group.

His experience covers a wide array of projects, including high-rise, residential, hotels, malls, infrastructure, industrial buildings, and royal palaces. His background in both contracting and client positions enables him to deal with issues through objective evaluation and proactive management. Ahmed has served in various positions as a commercial, procurement, contracts manager, claims consultant, and PMO manager on many prestigious projects. He manages all procurement activities for the group.
Mostafa is a young and dynamic site engineer with 11 years of experience, who has taken responsibility for various tasks across our projects. He has been instrumental in managing progress on several phases of the Diar Al Ahsa project. He reviews all construction documentation and submissions.

Ahmed is a PMP certified project manager, he planned, managed, and led the implementation of a wide range of projects in Egypt and Saudi Arabia, from the initial stages of design to the delivery of the project to the client through his more than 21 years of experience during which he was able to achieve standards of quality and economic feasibility Adherence to time schedules and budgets required by clients.
